One of Savannah's greatest editions is our prestigious Savannah College of Art and Design. The college was started in 1979 with very humble beginnings. The College owns over 40 buildings within the historic district and is responsible for restoring and preserving numerous others. Today our beautiful city truly is the living breathing campus of this innovative school for the arts.
